what type of business you want to be in. Sketch out a plan for it. |

Determine
which state (Delaware, Nevada, your home state) to start the business in.
Check those franchise taxes. |

Incorporate
your C-corporation or Formulate your LLC. |

Get a mailbox
at Mailboxes, etc. and try to obtain forwarding services if company is
created in another state. Some of the MBEs can act as a registered agent for
half the normal cost if you rent a box from them. |

Obtain IRS
Employer Identification Number. IRS has a fax in form service and you get a
number in 10 days. |

6 |
Get Internet
Domain Name if you don’t have one. Make sure that your business is the owner. |

7 |
Get Temporary Stationary
(letterhead) – Use MS Word or some other word processing application. |
|
8 |
Sign Up for
Web Hosting services. |
|
9 |
Sign-up for
D&B Number. |
|
10 |
Get Bank
Account. |
|
11 |
Get Brokerage
Account if needed. |
